This training is for servicing lenders, HUD-approved housing counselors, and Nonprofit housing counselors. Training includes coverage of Mortgagee Letters 00-05, 02-17, and 03-19, with emphasis on retention and disposition options. Additionally, overviews will be presented on early delinquency intervention, request for extension of time, single-family default monitoring system reporting and tier ranking system.
